I am a Group leader with over a decade of experience in Metabolomics research. My work investigates metabolic crises in neurodegeneration and metabolic disorders, using advanced metabolomics and lipidomics approaches. We work to delineate the underlying mechanisms of metabolic dysfunction and identify potential biomarkers for early diagnosis. In addition, my research interests including natural medicine profiling, exploring bioactive compounds and their therapeutic potential in restoring mitochondrial function. Through cutting-edge analytical techniques, we bridge the gap between metabolism, disease mechanisms, and natural therapeutics. With expertise in cutting-edge mass spectrometry and data-driven approaches, I with my team aim to unravel biochemical pathways and their implications for health, disease, and natural product research. Furthermore, my research group is dedicated to developing innovative methodologies for fingerprinting, biomarker discovery and non-invasive onsite diagnosis.
